Fully rebuild !

Before Rebuild :
As you see pump need a repair and lot of cleaning ,the First two pictures are for pump before Rebuild!
After Rebuild :
So I changed all Gaskets , installed a Mechanical Seal , Replaced the Bearing Carrier ( its called the Bird Cage by Roper Pumps ) pretty much refurbished the entire Pump , this unit used 2 long type gears for circulation of heavy fluids , like a screw type air compressor with a male and female Lobe system, see the final result:
